Knut is a hood with bib - the perfect companion for a hoodless jacket, like Marte or Ingvild. It’s quick and easy to sew, and perfect to make from wool scraps, heavy weight jersey or an old sweater. The pattern is suitable for beginners.
To make the pattern accessible for beginners, each step is explained thoroughly with text and illustrations.
The pattern and instructions are available in English and Norwegian. Please make sure that you choose the right language when ordering. The pattern is a digital file that you can print on your own A4-printer.
Number of sheets to print (A4): 8 pages (only pattern) or 22 pages (pattern and instructions)
Sizes: mini (kids), midi (teen/small adult), maxi (large adult). Models Zenab and Mari are wearing size midi.
Choice of fabric:
This is a great project to use scraps from your structured garments. Wool fabrics are recommended, both woven and knits, but you can also use a firm or jersey quality made from for example cotton, like terry or isoli.
