To the top:

• Sewing thread
• 20 cm adhesive material (vlieselin) for coating (optional)
• 1-1.7m fabric* (140 cm width)

*size 32-44: 1 m, size 46-64: 1.7 m

For Shorts:

• Sewing thread
• 2-3 cm wide knitting corresponding to the waist measurement + 5 cm
• 1-1.5 m fabric** (140 cm width)

**size 32-42: 1 m, size 44-46: 1.3 m, size 48-52: 1.4 m, size 54-64: 1.5 m

A medium-thick fabric in, for example, viscose, tencel/lyocell, cotton, linen, silk or wool is recommended. Because of the elastic in the waist, it is wise to choose a soft fabric that does not become bulky when wrinkled. Fabrics with a heavy fall are particularly suitable for both the top and the shorts.

Fabric choice for the garments pictured:

The multicolored set is in thin woven linen. The green patterned top is in cotton canvas with a print. The petrol blue shorts are in cotton poplin. The orange top is in linen (designed by Mari Melilot for idavictoria.no). The dark blue trousers are in medium thick linen.
