Ivo is a nice and comfortable pair of trousers with an elasticated waist. It has fun pockets on the sides and is easy to sew. This pattern is also available for adults.
In order for the recipe to be easy for a beginner to follow, all steps are thoroughly explained with text and illustrations.
The pattern is available as a PDF in Norwegian and English or as a paper pattern in Norwegian. All sizes are included when you buy a pattern.

- 0.6-1 m knit with 1.5 cm width
- 20 cm adhesive material (non-woven fabric)
- 0.6 m - 1.2 m fabric* (140 cm wide)
*size 80-92: 0.6 m, size 98-104: 0.7 m, size 110-122: 1 m, size 128-140: 1.1 m, size 146-152: 1.2 m

Choice of fabric
A thin to medium-weight woven fabric in cotton, linen or wool is recommended. Be sure to choose a soft fabric. The elastic waistband will look bulky if the fabric is too stiff or thick. Fabrics such as canvas, thin twill, tweed, thin demin or soft corduroy will work well.
Fabric choice for the garments pictured:
White and orange trousers in baby cord used together with Ada jumper in viscose jersey. Bottle green trousers in viscose jersey with extra tie at the front. Dark blue trousers in cotton twill.
